"Gaelic football in Borris College is thriving, with teams representing the school at First Year, Second Year and Junior Level. In 2023, the first year team represented the school in the Leinster Shield Final in the GAA National Games Development Centre in Abbotstown.

in 2025, Second Year and Junior Championships get underway before the Christmas break and team mentors - Mr. Smithers and Mr. Mulready - will be confident both teams will make a big impact in the championship this year".
